Manage your chronic pelvic pain using the latest research and evidence based programmes, designed by experts.

"Since using the Ella App, I had a couple of flare ups of my pelvic pain and I was easily able to get on top of it... Even my psychologist said I've had a massive improvement in how I respond to pain."

ABOUT

Our why

For all women, the gender pain gap is not just a statistic but a lived reality. We know intimately that there are limited options for women living with chronic pelvic pain.

Countless experiences of sisters, mothers, friends and those we care about not being able to live the life they are capable of.

Our Why is simple, to stand in the gap. Medicine has been slow to catch up, and we know that there are things we can do today, to move it forward.

We believe that everyone should have the power to take their pelvic pain journey back into their hands.

Ella is more than an app; it's a movement.

We're here to amplify your voice and your choice. To put the control back in your hands by providing you with the evidence-based tools you need to get better. Today.

Welcome to the Ella community
